Single sign-on (SSO) gets an upgrade

Starting Oct. 22, you'll notice a new look when you log in to the Retiree Site via single sign-on (SSO) using your AA ID and password. Other applications that you access through the Retiree Site, like Travel Planner and myIDTravel, will also be impacted.

Plan ahead for travel: Travel Planner will be down from approximately 11 p.m. CT Oct. 21 through 3 a.m. CT Oct. 22. During this time you will not be able to access Travel Planner, myIDTravel and the NRTA Booking Tool. Make sure to list for any flights before the outage, and if you need to check in for a flight, you may do so at the airport.

Enter your AA ID and click next.

 

Step 2:

Enter your password and click submit.
